Cyber incidents can range in severity, which makes their consequences hard to measure. Last week on June 25th, the Maryland Innovation and Security Institute hosted a fireside chat to talk about the needs and methods to improve cyber-oriented education and bring a better understanding to this issue.
This chat came from a panel that gave many different perspectives; from early cyber education, national security, and the economic demand for cyber professionals. A breadth of experts all agreed that cyber-oriented education must remain a priority and speak to many practical approaches and initiatives.
